I am excited to try some new recipes this month. We’ve been stuck in a rut of the same old things and I was getting bored. My family is just happy that I cook everyday, but when I cease to enjoy it out of boredom, that’s no good for anyone. So, this month I incorporated some new things with some of our favorites.
Breakfast: Cold cereal or toast/waffles (we’re not big breakfast eaters around here with Jason on the night shift).
Lunch/Dinner: Weekday lunches are the big meals listed below; weekends we have the big meal in the evenings. The other meal is usually something of a rotation of sandwiches, mac & cheese, or leftovers.
